DGIM 1545 Divisadero Clinic Achieves Level III NCQA Recognition
The Mt. Zion DGIM General Medicine clinic at 1545 Divisadero has achieved National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Level III Patient-Centered Medical Home recognition.
Eva Turner, Assistant Director of Primary Care Services at UCSF Medical Center said: "There are many people who helped to make this happen, however, I would like to especially recognize: Dr. Brent Kobashi & Dr. Sarah Summerville (physician champions), Jenny Pacholuk, DGIM Nurse Manager; Christina Morato, Project Analyst, Sara Coleman & Myra Retuta for taking the lead and making this happen. Jason Selinger, new to his leadership role at DGIM made sure that they crossed the finish line. Also, special thanks to the DGIM Patient Advisory Council who were consulted along the way."
Mt. Zion DGIM Division Chief, Eliseo J. Pérez-Stable, MD, also wished to thank DGIM faculty members Brent Kobashi, Sarah Summerville, Don Ng, Miranda Dunlop, Michele Guy, and Dan Null.
