Past Crede Award Winners

2008 Robert H. Crede Awards

The annual DGIM Robert H. Crede Award Luncheon was held on October 30 this year. The Robert H. Crede Awards provide the faculty and staff of DGIM an opportunity to recognize their co-workers for their dedication and service to the Division, our students, our patients and the community. Nominations for each of the categories were submitted by DGIM faculty and staff and the winners were selected by the Crede Award Committee that comprised of last year's winners.

Winners of the 2008 Crede Awards went to the following faculty/staff:
Excellence in Teaching-Faculty: Maria Wamsley, MD
Excellence in Clinical Care-Faculty: Nick Daniels, MD
Excellence in Clinical Research-Faculty: Celia Kaplan, DrPH
Excellence in Nursing Care: Anais Ochoa
Administrative Excellence: Auxiliadora (Lupe) Calvo
Excellence in Community Service: Ana Padula, MD
